We want you to be fully satisfied with your Paul McCartney Official Store purchase; if you are not, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with all packaging and tags intact.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.
Ship the Order
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
